                                    Brief Answer:
Benign vestibular papillomatosus and vaginal yeast infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.
You have grouped, tubular/ papular outgrrowths on vaginal mucosa which is known as benign vestibular papillomatosus and is considered a physiological condition. Mostly it is mostly asymptomatic though some patients may have minor discomfort or pain. Apart from that you seem to have candida vaginal infection which is visible as clumpy white discharge in one of the images. Candida is a yeast and itching is a common symptom of candida vaginitis. I suggest you to use a clotrimazole vaginal pessary, nightly for a week, to deal with candida vaginal infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
