For dandruff, you need to use an anti-fungal shampoo containing ketoconazole or ciclopirox olamine twice weekly.

In severe cases, you can take oral antifungal like capsule Itraconazole 100mg or tablet Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 2-3 weeks.
Oral antifungals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
