Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to use a ketoconazole 2 percent shampoo twice weekly and take anti fungal like tablet fluconazole 200 mg twice weekly for 6 weeks.
Oral anti fungals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
You can discontinue the tablet but continue with the shampoo.
