Hello Doctor Its Been 2years If Our Marriage And Since
Question: Hello doctor its been 2years if our marriage and since then we are planning to conceive , we have consulted with gyncologist and have undergone all the tests the reports are normal for both of us .we have now consulted with fertility specialist since last 3months and have undergone 2 unsuccessful IUI. pls suggest me what to do now. Is there any medication in ayurveda to conceive. I have attached all the tests document. Doctor is now suspecting egg problem which can be identified in IVF only.

Thanks for contacting me with your health issues, and after reviewing the same and going through the reports, I'm of the following opinion:
1. As almost every investigation (s) done is/are normal, do check for any endocrinal abnormality, i.e. hormonal profile. ( Serum testosterone (total and free), FSH & LH, Prolactin, Thyroid, Insulin (fasting), also to differentiate primary from secondary infertility.
2. If IUI was unsuccessful ( 2 times), you can consider opting for " Surrogacy", where the baby will be having DNA of the parent. ( decision rest on the sole discretion of the couple)
PS. You have not mentioned the Age of both husband and wife, do let me know, since delaying for IVF or opting for it in later decade may result in congenital anomalies.
3. Treatment in Ayurveda is of longer duration and demand tremendous co- operation and motivation from the couple. If you both are interested, we can start with the Ayurveda medicines ( but after report of IVF is also known), till then you both have to make your intestine clean for good absorption of the medicines (of any branch), for that we do prepare traditional Ayurveda Gir Cow Ghee.
