Most probably it will be a benign(non cancerous) conditions like fibrocystic disease or mastalgia, especially if you are blow the age of 40.
As a first line management you can take over the counter available painkillers like mefenemic acid(meftal is a popular brand) for symptomatic relief.
You can also go for a mammogram to look for any possible lumps or lesion in the breast.
