Question: Hello doctor this is the blood report of my 2 and half year old child is it in normal range or it seems neutrophil is low and lymphocytes are way to high?

Isn't his lymphocytes counts are elevated?or it's normal for his age?

Day before yesterday I found this mark on his back.
It's not swollen and I don't remember him hurting.

Is this a sign something serious like leukemia? sorry I got severe anxiety...and unexplained bruises makes me worry but it doesn't look like the normal purple bruises it's looking big in pics but it's small and brown in color.
