Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I am glad to confirm that your blood lipid profile is perfect! So, there is no need to make any changes to your current diet.
Regarding the pain in your upper right inner sternum, in my opinion it is related to costochondritis.
I would exclude any cardiac issues, based on your description of the pain and your performed cardiac tests.
So, there is no reason to panic!
The heart palpitations in the morning are quite a normal physiological reaction to waking up and starting your daily activity, which imposes a great stress to your body!
Hope you will find this information helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I am quite sure that your palpitations are nothing serious, just related to anxiety or physical activity.
Regarding the pain that wakes you up, I would exclude any cardiac issues.
It makes me think about costo and acid reflux. For this reason, I recommend taking pantoprazole or omeprazole before sleep and see if it helps improve your situation.
In the meantime, you can continue working out as normally, even with light weight and long distances of walking as nothing bad is going to happen.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Wishing all the best,

Brief Answer:
I would exclude any cardiac issues.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
In my opinion this kind of chest pain could be just costochondritis or fibromyalgia.
Anyway, I would exclude any cardiac issues, based on your recent performed cardiac tests.
Try not to think about it, because nothing bad is going to happen.
Besides, anxiety could also play an important role in all this clinical situation, and thinking about it is just more anxiety.
Hope to have been helpful!
Please let me know about anything!
Wishing good health,
Dr. Iliri
I would exclude any cardiac issues.
