Question : Hello dr, my daughter is 7.5 yrs old she was suffered from vomiting and stomach pain dr advised to give ranatac syrup emesanz and zifi 100 .we had given 1dose .but now she suffers from fever we had given p250

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern,

Your daughter seems to be having symptoms pertaining to Acute gastroenteritis. Nothing to worry. Please continue with the medication given by her treating physician, which includes a broad spectrum antibiotic, anti-emetic and an antacid.
Please complete the course of the antibiotic for the prescribed time period.

Give adequate amount of boiled and cooled water to replenish the lost water through vomiting.
Allow her to feed on bland foods like rice porridge, vegetable broth, curd etc.
You can also give her ENTEROCLAUSII FFS respules, one respule daily, this is a probiotic which helps in developing the gut immunity.
