                                            Question : Hello for some reason the head of my penis has a large red "blotch" on it and it has been there for a few days. No pain at all even going to the bathroom. I was thinking may a reaction to soap but then it is nowhere else on my body just there.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take tablet Levocetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 8-10 days.
This should help in resolving the patch.
