I read your query and here is my advice.

There are different shampoos that you can find in supermarkets to treat dandruff. You can choose a shampoo which contains tea tree oil, or a shampoo containing zinc or selenium.
You can alternate two of them.
If you still can't find a solution you may need to use ketoconazole shampoo.
You can use it to clean the hair with it, creating a foam and you leave the hair with it for 5 minutes. Rinse after 5 minutes
