Brief Answer:
Irritated seborrhoeic keratoses or pimple, apply a topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.

It is looking like an irritated pimple or irritated seborrhoeic keratoses.

I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream or neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 7 days.

This should improve it and the underlying lesion will be more obvious.
If it doesn’t improve it 5-7 days you should consult a doctor and get it examined.

Regards
Dr. Asmeet
