Brief Answer:
does not sound Craniosystiosis, but need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached photo images of scalp, face and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, Craniosystiosis involves one or more cranial
sutures giving malformations of the skull bones and varying neurologic
presentation in different cases.

Though it does not sound to be craniocystiosis, kindly provide me further details so that I can guide you more precisely.

1. Your age
2. Associated difficulties of studies or works demanding concentration ?
3. Difficulty in balancing body if any ?
4. Any work up or investigation been carried out so far ?

Awaiting for your response.
Thank you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
needs MRI or other reports if available.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have evaluated your additional photo images.

* The congenital deformity sounds to be in concern with brain development
and secondary changes through certain nerve involvement as well as
compression over vital foramina of the brain region.
Many different possibilities can be there as of cerebellum or else, which
require a detailed study of MRI brain and supportive work up done by
expert neurologist.

Further narration to your query regarding its fixation or therapy depends upon the root cause and for which I need some basic reports for studying the clinical work up.

Kindly share any work up or reports done till now for your condition, so that better understanding can be built up.

Hope this will help you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have evaluated all of your CT images.

The clinical symptoms with CT findings indicate developmental anomaly of brain formation.

Uneven head shape can be fixed with revision surgery in various steps, but that will not alter the symptoms, it would be just external correction only.

Bite fixing will not be possible to that extent, as it is related to jaw muscles and ligaments.
I think, long term assisted physiotherapy and exercises can help to mouth
closure to certain extent.

Wish you great day.
Take care.
