Brief Answer:
Not likely to be a serious issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

After an injury in the foot it is normal t have some pain or swelling in the area due to a soft tissue injury. Sin you can move your foot and toes painlessly and there is no bruise or swelling this is not likely to be a serious injury.
The mild pain that you have can be related to a mild soft tissue swelling and is likely to subside in next few days. There is nothing to worry. Cold compress and rest will help.

Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
