Brief Answer:
The mark seem to be related to microtrauma, probably from a minor injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed he attached reports.

The symptoms seem to be related to micro trauma, probably from a minor injury.

I suggest using Arnica gel or cream which has anti-inflammatory properties.

I also suggest to use cool compresses at the area for 15 minutes.

In case of pain you can use Tylenol.

The mark will go away on its own in a few days, you should not be worried.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
