Question : Hello. my 3 week old daughter develop some rash on her face as seen in the image. can you let me know if it is something serious.

Have gone through the attached images.
Need not worry about these rashes. These are milia common is this age group.

Is she having any itching?
If rashes increases get the worse have a pediatrician opinion once.

Apply moisturiser regularly.
