Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Painless bowel movement with lots of blood is mostly indicative of hemorrhoids that bled.
Another reasons can be any mass/polyp, hemangioma.
Stomach cramps twice lasting for about 2 seconds may not be specific as it would have lasted for more time and usually followed by passing bloody motions.
This can be well diagnosed by Ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy.
Also needed is to see the progression of the problem further and taking proper treatment as per the cause thus found.
Please get these things done asap to know the exact cause.
