Question : Hello my partner is 37 years male and he have a little bit high level of norepinephrine and Dopamine in 24 hours urine collect Now his doctor send him to the Cancer Centre My question is is it possible that results is from his Medicine for Depression Paroxetine?

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Paroxetine mainly affects the levels of serotonin. It also decreases the levels of dopamine.

So, it is very unlikely for paroxetine to increase the levels of dopamine and norepinephrine in the urine.

Regarding lab tests you uploaded, the increase is minimal.
