Hello, My Right Testicle Suddenly Started Hurting And I Feel
Question: Hello, my right testicle suddenly started hurting and I feel a hard lump. I wasn't injured in any way so I'm unsure what could be causing it.

Sudden pain in right testicle along with feeling hard lump needs urgent clinical evaluation, examination and investigations for the following reasons:
Testicular torsion is a condition that needs urgent color doppler and ultrasonography and if present needs urgent corrective surgery to avoid complications.
Please rust to ER for the same.
Another possibility is epididymo-orchitis that is infection and still needs the same urgent evaluation as discussed along with tests of urine and blood. If present needs appropriate antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medications; scrotal support, proper followup and continuation of management till cured.
