Question: Hello my self Radha jha. I have a PCOD problem due to this reason my weight is gained. And this time my period is not proper. Kindly give a diet plan to lose my weight and I stay fit.

3- Protein rich foods. Higher protein intake may accelerate weight lose in women with PCOS. Try adding healthy, high-protein items like eggs, nuts, and seafood to your diet.

I will suggest a simple chart for a non vegetarian person.
Early Morning: A glass of lukewarm lemon water/a cup of tea without sugar/fresh fruit juice.
Breakfast: One cup of skimmed milk/two scrambled eggs/cup of milk with high fiber cereals
Mid-morning Snack: Any low-carb fruit like avocado or Papaya.
Lunch: A cup of brown rice, 1-2 pieces of chicken, half-cup of mixed veggies, a bowl of salad.
Evening: A cup of yogurt, green tea, or fruit.
Dinner: Fish/Chicken (1 piece), chapatti/brown rice, a bowl of curd. Fresh vegetable salads.
