                                    Brief Answer:
Can be delerium as a result of sepsis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for query,
I would suggest you to visit the nearest emergency department ASAP...Some time the bacterial infection enters into blood. This is called sepsis which may further result in a condition called septic shock which is a highly fatal condition.
I would suggest you to get her blood pressure pulse her electrolytes measured immediately. The symptoms you are referring to are called delerium and is often seen in early stages of sepsis.
Follow up after visiting emergency.
Thanks.

Hi again,
Tell them that she is having bloody diarrhea with disorientation.
Kindly rule out sepsis/Shock early stages by checking vitals electrolytes etc.
Thanks
