Brief Answer:
Avoid Vitamin C with milk for better absorption

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Vitamin C is also called as Ascorbic acid and it's PH is mildly acidic.
Due to this,it is harder to digest Vitamin C for the people with sensitive stomach.
Calcium content of milk makes it harder as there is formation of compound Calcium ascorbate.

Taking Vitamin C and milk (or other calcium containing food stuffs, medications and antacids) also makes the absorption of iron content erratic.

I would advise you to take vitamin C in the morning, atleast 30 days prior to the meals or milk.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
