Hello, Since 3 Month I Have Little Pain In The
Question: Hello, since 3 month I have little pain in the right side of my abdominal its not that hurt but make me nervous it’s exactly in the shoulder side below Rib cage and I visit doctor then he make Ultra sound on the The liver, kidneys, gallbladder and everything is normal and also make blood test was normal he said just relax and every thing will be fin but actually now I feeling same pain in the left side also .. I wondering this pains could be from colon ? And also could be Muscles cause this kind of pain specially I make hard buddy massage before 5 days of symptoms start.

The site you are pointing in photo(Right upper quad) is very specific for either gallstone pain or Gastritis.
As the pain is off and on in nature(Not constant) and ultrasound report was normal I would suggest you to take an antacid for few days before going for any other test.
The medications suggested are-
Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily 6 am empty stomach
Syrup Mucaine gel 2 table spoon three times a day.
If the pain does not respond to it then a muscle relaxant could be tried(for muscular pain).
Few queries-
Are your stools normal i.e any loose motions/Constipation?
Belching bloating?
Do you ever feel heart burn?

Yes my stool not stable some time have Constipation and some time Diarrhea also most of time my stool narrow also some days went to did stooling tow time a days , some time had big quantity stooling some time few quantity , gases all the time there also .
By the when the symptoms Started
I was taking 40 mg Omeprazole then stop it since that time because no any more heart burning.
