Brief Answer:
May be urinary tract infection - better not give Omnacortil

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the information.
I hope urine culture has been done.
But I suggest you continue Mahacef.
The mesenteric adenitis is most probably viral and it is usually self limiting.
Mouth ulcer need not be treated with Omnacortil as we are suspecting a bacterial infection in UTI.
You may apply Zytee gel thrice a day for 5 days 15 minutes before food on the mouth ulcers please.

Brief Answer:
Suggestions on blood tests

Detailed Answer:
The low Hemoglobin is not so dangerously low that it requires a transfusion.
This looks like iron deficiency anemia.
Iron supplements for 3 months should raise it well.
The high total count seems to be a stress response.
The urine routine and urine culture are normal.
I do not think even Mahacef is indicated here please.
These high counts will return to normal in a few weeks time.
