If it is consistently raised then take dietary precautions and exercise daily. In diet you need to reduce salt and sugar content. Also include more of fruits in your diet. Also routine blood tests and ECG should be done to find any hidden cause. Blood tests include complete blood count, thyroid profile, kidney function test including serum electrolytes, liver function test, lipid profile. fasting blood sugar.
Regarding medicine, I usually prescribe amlodipine 5 mg once day to my patients.
