Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, you should know that as long as your Total Cholesterol/ HDL or LDL/HDL ratios are within the normal ranges (as in your recent blood lipid profile), there is nothing to worry about, as these ratios are the true indicators of your cardiovascular risk.
Anyway, another natural way to increase HDL values and decrease LDL ratio would be performing a lot of physical activity (Yoga, aerobics, recreational sports) and eat more food reach in omega 3 fatty acids like (nuts, walnuts, fish oil, fish, etc.).
Hope you will find this information helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
