Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
Based on your description, I would completely exclude any cardiac issues.
I am sure that it is a stomach issue.
I recommend taking one tab omeprazole or any other PPI.
It is also important avoiding caffeine and other spicy foods.
Anyway, there is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Please let me know, in case of further uncertainties!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
If this pain is modulated by eating, it is probably related to your stomach.
If the pain is not related to eating, but it is modulated by body positions or deep breathing, it is probably a musculo-skeletal issue (probably chostochondritis).
Anyway, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues. I would not recommend further cardiac tests, as I am sure that thew would result normal!
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Please let me know in case of further uncertainties!
