Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could indicate possible beginning of arterial hypertension or a possible metabolic disorder.

Anyway, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours Arterial Hypertension monitoring ( Holter) in order to examine closely your blood pressure values during a prolonged period of time.

Some blood lab tests are necessary too:

- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- kidney and liver function tests
- cortisol and aldosterone plasma levels for possible adrenal gland dysfunction.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
