Brief Answer:
Regarding bleeding from scrotum
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
Prolonged sitting won't cause the skin to bleed. Perhaps you have angiokeratomas on scrotum which are a common reason for bleeding spots on scrotum. They might bleed on scratching or from friction.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance

what things can be causing friction?
Brief Answer:
regarding blood spots from scrotum
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Friction from body parts moving against each other in body folds ( upper thigh and scrotal skin) may cause the skin barrier to weaken, specially since the body folds are moist from trapping of sweat and humidity. This weakened barrier may cause the skin overlying angiokeratomas to rupture and bleed.
Take care
