Hello....we Went Out Walking This Evening And A Young Teenager
Question: Hello....we went out walking this evening and a young teenager came by on a skateboard we saw him blow smoke from a cigerrete we waited then crossed the street but still smelled the smoke? We are concerned about COVID. I asked this question yesterday and it duplicated so I got 2 answers. Each were different so now I am confused.
