I have seen all the attached reports. The blood cells in urine examination and positive nitrites suggest an infection in urine or a calculus. This can improve with proper prescription antibiotic. You need to consult her physician or proper antibiotic.
The levels of Vitamin D are slightly lower. Proper Vitamin D supplements like D-rise 60,000IU once a week for 8 weeks will help.
Her blood glucose levels and complete blood counts are almost normal. The thyroid hormone levels are also normal.
The mild rise in liver enzymes, creatinine values and electrolyte disturbances can be related to a generalized liver or renal problem. You need to consult a physician for its proper management.
