i has unprotected oral sex about two weeks ago

in my left testical, i feel a random slight pinching pain every once in a while when i walk or sit. no pain while urinating, ejaculating. if i press on the testicle at a certain spot i can feel tenderness. possible std?

I understand your concern.

Sexual transmitted disease would probably cause pain while urination or ejaculation.

So, the symptoms do not seem to be related to sexual transmitted disease.

The symptoms can be related to a mechanical trauma or probably a sebaceous cyst.

I recommend using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen in case of pain.

You should probably not be worried about it.

I suggest to use loose pants and underwear.

I also suggest to change the seat if it is possible.

thank you! i did start a new job and the seats cause my pants, underwear to rise up and put pressure on my testicles. could that be the issue?
