Question : Hey I want to know if you can feel your eyes dilate?

I ask since I hear when you see something really sexy or see someone attractive your eyes dilate, but I don't know if I feel anything myself.

what do you mean by clincal base?

And I more so meant do people feel generally people feel eye dilation not you, but I guess that's not the case correct?
