Question : Hey doctor,
I’ve had what looks like a small fungal infection on the skin of the centre of my abdominal area. I’ve had it in the past in the same spot but it’s come back, I’ve started applying Clotrimazole 10mg cream twice daily do you think this would effective? I’ve attached an image of the cream and also the fungal spot.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached pictures.
It seems to be either fungal infection or eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to continue applying clotrimazole cream or sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 3 weeks.
This should resolve your condition.

Dr Asmeet
