Question : Hi - I woke up with tiny dark blood spots (1-2 mm in size) on a slightly swollen lower half of my uvula. I have no cough or soreness/swollen neck glands, no temperature, feel fine, slight nasal drainage when I woke up. What might this be please?

These are looking like petechiae which are usually caused by trauma or may be associated with viral infection.
I would recommend you to keep them under observation as they should resolve in few days.
