It's a really big file so it will not fit. Can you detail me a bit what happened with the dropbox linke? Can you try this zip file https://www.dropbox.com/s/z66kahq94acu4h2/ECG-2020.zip?dl=0 and unzip it to a directory of your choice?

I've also tried to send it by email with a link, using a service named "wetransfer"

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Thanks! I got the link of your file via email. I have reviewed your full holter report and i would like to tell you that there is no significant transient arrhythmia that happened during this holter examination. However there are frequent ectopics throughout the test.
If these premature beats are hampering your daily activity these low dose beta blocker need to be started after getting a written prescription from your treating doctor. Rest nothing significant is there.
Kind Regards

Thank you for your answer. These premature beats are certainly bothering me a lot. I did not have strong episodes during this 24h recording, but some happen by group and can be really strong and scary. I can have "peace" for a couple of month and then a few weeks of daily strong sequences. Re beta-blockers, I tend to have a low heartbeat rate from time to time (~55) and these don't go very well with that, I think.
Best regards,
Best regards,

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
See, generally with this much ectopic activity generally beta blockers are also not used. As you are getting disturbed with these, so a low dose can be taken (After discussion with your treating physician) and it’s not gonna affect your heart rate much with low dose.
If still it persist then kindly get these blood tests done
1. Complete blood profile
2. Serum electrolytes
3. Thyroid profile
Also if you consume coffee or tea frequently or if you smoke then you need to cut that down as they are also an important factor that can cause ectopics.
Kind Regards
