Hi- I've Been Having This Problem For Quite Some Time

I experience terrible fatigue and brain fog during the day on top the digestive issues I experience. Unable to sleep soundly.
Regarding Stress
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.
The fight-or-flight sensation, also known as the acute stress response, refers to a physiological reaction that occurs during intense stress, either mentally or physically.
This response is triggered by the release of hormones that prepare your body to either stay and deal with a threat or to run away to safety.
Considering that all your blood works are within the range, I can deduce that probably your symptoms may not be related to any physical cause.
Stress, anxiety or depression can explain most of your symptoms like "fight or flight" sensation, fatigue, brain fog, and insomnia.
On the other hand, not getting enough sleep, inactivity, depression, poor diet, and nutrient deficiency can make your symptoms worse, especially brain fog and fatigue.
For this reason, it is important to find the right diagnosis and only then you can have the right treatment.
If your gastroenterologist does not explain all your symptoms with your digestive diagnosis than I suggest to consult a psychologist or psychiatrist for the right diagnosis and treatment.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wish you all the best

I have tried quite a few over the counter supplements, however do you have any recommendations as to something that may help me along the way?
I have tried things like Vitamin D- which actually ends up making me feel worse, ashwaghandha, B12 complexes, and various other supplements to no avail.
Eat healthy, exercise every day in natyre, practise Yoga.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
I appologise for the late reply.
As i said earlier,(in my opinion) stress is the root cause of your symptoms.
Stress is the body's natural response to threatening situations, and it cause many symptoms, both physical and mental.
Your body and mind react to such situations with a heightened state of readiness, distract you, keep you up at night, make you lose your appetite.
If you are dealing with ongoing stressful situations, it is important to take ,care of your health by:Eating well,Exercising and Getting enough sleep.
Yoga, in particular, seems to reduce the impact of stress on the body. Meditation has similar affects.
If you eat health, the supplements are not necessary.
Although no diet can relieve stress, eating healthy meals helps keep your body well nourished and strong.
It is important to AVOID caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.
Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains and antioxidant-rich foods, including fruits (blueberries, cherries, and tomatoes).
Eat small meals often that contain protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats to avoid high and low blood sugar.
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of filtered water daily.
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily, 5 days a week.
I suggest to try ,herbal remedies that may provide relief from symptoms.Ginseng, valeriana, green tea can be helpful but is is very important to consult with a knowledgeable practitioner for the right herbal treatement for you.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
