Question : Hi, 22 female. I have missed my period. The date was 8 days back. One thing is that I'm on isotretinoin medication for boils. Is it because of that? And another thing is I'm scared if i might be pregnant. He came on my underwear 20 days back. I know it cannot be maybe but some cases on Google it has happened. But please clear my doubt.

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per few clinical studies, isotretinoin may cause increase in luteinising hormone which may cause changes in menstrual cycles i e delayed period/absence of period.

As per your history, 20 days back, it might be your fertile window period. So I would suggest you to do urine pregnancy test. For further confirmation you may require obstetrics ultrasound after gynecologist consultation.

He wwas wearing just boxers. And i had underwear on! But i don't know might be there was a very bit wetness. Can sperm enter that way? I don't think so! But as i have missed periods. I'm scared!
And yes for boils I'm on medication, so it might be delayed because of that also. But i dont know.
Will the test be positive in just 20 days if at all I'm pregnant?

As per your history there is very less chance of getting pregnant.

Possibly it is due to isotretinon only, so be calm and wait for your period.

As the home urine test comes positive after a week of your missed period so you can go for it for your confirmation.

If still you do not get your periods then consult your gynecologist.
