Brief Answer:
Get a chest x-ray and PFT done

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on 'Ask A Doctor' forum.
I can understand your concern.

Since you are young and your ECG was normal, no need to worry about heart diseases for your symptoms.

So we need to rule out lung disease.
So get a chest x-ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) done.
If both these are normal then no need to worry about lung diseases.

Sometimes, stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
So please let me know:

1. Do you have a stressful life? Any stressor in your life?
2. Have you undergone any chest x-ray and PFT?
Please let me know the answers of the above-asked questions so that I can guide you better about medicines and investigations.

Wish you good health.
Thanks

Hello again, I haven’t done the tests yet but I will be doing it soon. My pain seems to be only during the night . Is there a reason why? For example, today the entire day went good, I didn’t have any pain or breathing problem but the shortness of breath and alittle chest pain has suddenly started again ( around 8pm)

Hey,
I’m not going through anything stressful at the moment . Could it be anxiety ? Or overthinking ? I mean psychological .
I tried to workout mildly today the pain seemed to be better and I read it’s good to stretch and workout lightly . I had been lifting weights before the chest pain started . Could that be an issue??
There’s a little pain right now along with shortness of breath and head pain .
