Question: Hi, 5 days back during having shower i observed that my left testis was a bit swollen, i thought that its normal and didn't care much, but 2 days back i started feeling slight continuous pain and the swelling also increased slightly. Also feeling some pain in lower abdomen, which i feel is connected with the same. Do recommend me the medications or tests, scanning required.Expecting a quick reply. can reach me out at 0000.

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted the pain in and swelling of left testis with pain in abdomen that you have is most likely to be due to infection of either Epididymis or Testis and needs to be confirmed .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.

In the mean time start taking Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .
