Question: Hi Doc,

I have been feeling dizzy very often. I thought i conceived but today i got my chums.

please help what could be the reason.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
The feeling of dizziness is commonly associated as part of premenstrual syndrome in young women and the usually seen to subside once the chums subside. However if the dizziness persists then cervical spondylosis should be ruled out with an x-ray neck, which too can cause dizziness episodes or secondarily if one is experiencing hypotension, so please get your blood pressure checked as well and follow up.
