Question : Hi Doc

I have raised this many times with many doctors but have found no good relief. Every time doc would prescribe me Pentacid or other medicines to resolve my bloating and gas problem.

But I am sure I have a SIBO - Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, thats why I always feel bloated and have on and off diarrhea or constipation.

I checked online the best medicine to kill the bad bacterias in intestine is Rifaximin, but this seems to be not available in XXXXXXX

Could you help me with alternative to Rifaximin and the dosage?

I am also planning to take Probiotic. Please help me.

In XXXXXXX Rifaximin is available as Rifagut /Gutwin/Rcifax/Ciboz/Sibofix/Torfix/Zimigut.
You can take Rifaximin 400 mg thrice a day for 2 weeks.
You can take Probiotic Gut Renew once daily for 2 weeks.
