Question : Hi Doctor, Could you pleaee look at this picture and tell me what could this discoloration be!? I notice it over night. I have been sick with a mild cold and prostatitis has been causing me issues. Thanks

I have gone through your query and reviewed the image.

It is a well defined patch of pigmentation. It could be a fixed drug eruption. I suggest you to put a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either Mometasone furoate cream or Triamcinolone acetonide cream, twice daily for a few days.
