Hi Doctor,

This is regarding my 26y old ummarrird daughter. She so often ( not daily) has the problem of sneezing, warm body, fatigue/ dullness specially in the morning and red n watery eyes and irritation in eyes This all aggravates when she look at the old files, books or old clothes and weather change.

Her IGE level tested in Aug 2016 was 290.4. At that time Dr gave some medicine for few months. Serum IGE was 114 on Nov 2018. Then she was gvn 12 Histaglob injection.Recently checked Total IGE level is 79 in July 2017.

Her vitamin D level was around 5 few months back. It's improved to 24 in July 2019.

Hemoglobin was 12 in Nov 2018. This is 11.7 in July 2019. Iron level is 46.7 in July 2019.

And she has been feeling very low energy level since 1-2 months. Sometimes not been able to willing to get up from bed. Feels like sleeping all day.

Sending July 2019 reports got done by our family doctor. She is taking tablet Livogen Z daily once with milk.

Please advise.

Brief Answer:
May be allergic rhinitis... See detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to allergic rhinitis.

As per reports, only hemoglobin level is slightly on lower side. For that continue tablet livogen Z as advised. Other reports are within normal range.

As allergic rhinitis may cause due to repeated exposure to allergens. So I would suggest you to consult with Dermatologist. He may procure patch test, vitamin B12 level (in view of fatigue) as per evaluation. This will help you to find out possible allergen.

Along with that avoid harsh cosmetic products. You can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day. Do steam inhalation. Take balanced diet.

Hope I have answered your query.
