Question : Hi Doctor,

I am 6 week pregnant and due to incorrect sleeping posture my muscles of right shoulder to neck are paining. I cannot take medicines, is there anything i can do at home to get relief in pain

You can take paracetamol (DOLO tablet) safely in pregnancy, and apply Diclogesic gel in the region where you have pain.

Apply hot fomentation to the painful area.
