                                    Brief Answer:
Is there any pus or rash?
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Constant itching can be controlled by betnovate cream to be applied only at the itchy area 2 times a day. It should not be applied for more than 5 days at a stretch.
Kindly send me more details like any rash or any other symptoms, so that I am better able to help.

                                    Brief Answer:
This seems Lichen Siplex Chronicus
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for sending details and photo
From the photo and your description, it seems to be Lichen Simplex Chronicus. It worsens due to itching, therefore itching should not be done. It is not an infection, so antibiotics are not needed.
Betnovate cream is best for this condition. I know there are many types of betnovate. Betnovate alone is enough for this condition. Resist the urge to itch. The only sure for this condition is to "not" itch.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
