Question : Hi Doctor, I am facing some tightness between my lungs sometimes. I don't have any helath problems. Since i started working from home I am faccing this issues soon after sometime. May be long working hours and no excersize to the body I don't know but please guide me if any medication required. Please reach me on.my number 0000. Thanks, Vanaja J

As yourself diagnosed that it could be prolonged sitting, I also think same. Anyways, I will suggest that you get an ECG and chest XRay PA view done to rule out any worrisome problems of heart and lungs.
