Question : Hi Doctor I am having allergy since the last month. Symptoms are running / block nose, sneezing, irritation in the nostrils. I am taking Allegra 120mg in the morning, Cetrizine 10mg at night

Hi,

If you regularly suffer from nasal allergies, I would have suggest to use steroid nasal spray during symptomatic episodes. However for now, until the flu pandemic improves, you may consider nasal antihistamine sprays like azelast spray instead of two oral antihistamine drugs.

In the meanwhile, you should also consider steam inhalation and keep away from allergens.
