                                            Question : Hi Doctor,
I am worried something is wrong and i may have a STD. I recently engaged in unprotected sex ( she claims she is clean) we used johnsons baby oil and dove cream to have sex ( separate occasions). And have contracted white spots on my penis head, dry and torn skin. Could you help out. Signs started 5 days ago ( intercourse on it and 4 days prior to signs was with johnsons baby oil and prior to that 7 days was dove cream)

                                    Brief Answer:
These elements could be more probably related to irritation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in "Ask a Doctor".
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I have seen carefully your picture and based on your history I think that these elements on the glans penis could be more probably related to irritation (dermatitis) from the baby oil or dove cream during the sexual intercourse.
I suggest to meet a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query.
Feel free to ask me further.
