Brief Answer:
Seems fine
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.
I have checked the attached plates. They do not show significant STT changes indicating that the likelihood of cardiac ischemia to be low. In other words there does not seem to be a significant problem. However, further clinical correlation about whether you felt chest pain or fatigue and at what time, is needed. The initial plates of ECG recording need to be checked as well.
Let me know if you wish to know anything specific.
Regards

Thank you doctor for the response. I did not feel any discomfort while doing TMT.
I do gym workout regularly using weights. Can I continue to perform weight lifting?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Since you did not have any problems or discomfort during the TMT, the test is negative and you need not worry about cardiac ischemia. However, whether you can continue with weight lifting, depends on the clinical correlation that your treating cardiologist can draw. Although I do not think that there would be a problem, you need to get it confirmed by your cardiologist.
