Question : Hi Doctor,
I had contacted you regarding my wife sometime back. She was having white discharge in urine and you had suggested urine routine and urine culture tests. I am here by attaching the reports.She has not taken any medicine yet. Please check and let us know the next steps.

My wife is having white discharge in urine for past 4-5 months.
What could be the reason for this and what shall she do to cure this?
Also, for your information....she is having irregular periods since long time. She was also having PCOD which was told to her by the doctor before pregnancy.

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
Before giving my opinion about it I want to confirm whether she is pregnant or not?
This white colour discharge in urine could be due to urine infection caused by fungal and bacterial infection.
But in pregnancy it could be due to vaginal infection caused by fungal and bacterial infection and white discharge may go in urine during urination and make white particles as well.
In both the conditions, she should visit her treating doctor and get done clinical examinations, Urine examinations and drink a lot of warm water and take treatment accordingly.

Canesten V6 vaginal tablet once daily for 6days vaginally she can use.
